Hong Kong Chinese Choice Cara Simmons
I am a Hong Kong Chinese just got married half year ago in USA and then we started to find a house for our new family. Of course first I contact a Chinese lady to help us. It seems she was too busy traveling. Later I decided to contact different realtors. We met a couple of them and showed us different homes not we wanted. Meanwhile I also wrote to Cara and every time she wrote back immediately and I know she starts work early in the morning(from her email in the morning). I thought she must be a hardworking lady. My husband wants a house without HOA under 100,000 but I want a clean cute bright not an old house. It seems so difficult because most agents send us seems dirty and old. But Cara find one much nicer and her words very friendly, I told my husband I like Cara.
We didn't meet Cara till 2 weeks later, we went to Hawaii for honey moon. During these 2 weeks Cara still write emails, show me different location, different style she also taught me a lot about Chandler the City. The first time we saw Cara was when she showed us that one we liked before we went Hawaii. She is a smart, funny and very professional and detail prepared lady. So we decide to choose Cara, but all the houses we liked gone so fast and Cara never got tired to find one after another, showed us so many I can't remember how many. Actually English is my third language sometimes I have difficult to understand but I always have confidence in Cara. If I don't understand she always explain till I understand. She is so smart to know what we need.
During this half year Cara always with us and help us find the right house with very good price. I think we are smart to choose Cara. When I told my Chinese friends they all think same way that Mandarin or the Cantonese language is not that important, but Cara's understanding and thoughtful help is more important for we home buyers. Why you should you use Cara Simmons as your agent
As my wife and I got closer to retirement, we realized that we were also getting closer to being fed up with the extreme heat. Lengthy hours of internet research and a few vacation trips led us to the mountains of Tennessee.
We have had prior experience with realtors that don't listen to what you want, only wanting to sell you what they have. Since we were still working, we were not looking forward to wasting limited vacation hours just trying to find a good realtor before we could start looking at homes.
Cara came to our rescue! She offered to locate a realtor for us in Tennessee. After finding out what we were looking for, Cara went to work. Now remember, Cara was not our agent. She was not attempting to sell us a home. She was not getting any commission. She was simply spending her own time to find us an out of state realtor. In this day and age, that sounds pretty crazy, right? Well, within a couple of days Cara contacted us with the name, number and e-mail for a realtor in Tennessee.
Before we had a chance to call, JoAnn sent us an e-mail from Tennessee. She said that Cara had contacted her about a couple wanting to relocate to that area. We called JoAnn the next day and got a pretty good feeling about her just over the phone. She sent us e-mail listings to look at and we sent her MLS listings that we found on our own, to help her narrow down what we were looking for.
My apology, I'm getting side tracked. During this 2-3 week period, Cara didn't leave us. She called or sent e-mails to see how we were progressing in our search. She explained different processes and procedures, as far as what to expect and what to look out for. She sent us a link to the Tennessee tax assessor's site. That was extremely informative. I could print out the land plats and even measure the property lines! Did I mention the part where Cara was not our agent? Did I mention the part where Cara wasn't getting a commission?
This isn't Rocket Science folks. Cara spent much of her own time helping us, knowing there was no commission at the end. Do you think she is going to work any less for her own client?

I have worked with Cara Simmons several times, once when I sold my home in Eagle Mountain, Arizona and also when I purchased land in Tonto Verde, Arizona. All of those transactions went smooth because Cara was on top of every detail.
But I want to tell you how exceptional Cara was when my wife, Lorraine, and I decided to purchase a town home in Tonto Verde. We had looked at the town home models several times and were deciding whether we wanted to build on our land or have a town home built instead.
I travel for my company and my wife and I happened to be in Puerto Rico for work. While in Puerto Rico, Cara called to let us know that they were going to increase the prices of the town homes so if we were interested we might want to make a decision right away. We decided on the spot which lot we wanted and which model fit our life style.
That is when Cara went in to action. She setup the earnest money transfer and had all the paperwork completed while we were still in Puerto Rico. We were able to save money and get the lot and model that we wanted.
Because we live outside of Chicago, Cara was our eyes and ears on this building project. She went out and took pictures and she was able to find the mistakes the builder made and they were corrected while we were still in Chicago.
Cara went above and beyond what was expected of her. I know for sure if we had not had Cara to take care of all these issues we would have found problems when it was time to close on the property and that would have delayed the close.
I highly recommend Cara. If you want someone that is looking out for your interest and really cares about you as a person and not as a client you will choose Cara as your Realtor. We are glad we did.

It was our pleasure to work with Cara Simmons while purchasing a home here in Fountain Hills, Arizona.
It was about two year ago when I starting inquiring about homes here in Arizona. We thought my husband, who worked for Boeing in Washington State, was going to be transferred at that time. Cara responded very promptly to some inquires via e-mail. We had an immediate connection with each other, and continued to correspond. Unfortunately, my husband did not get the transfer.
